Job summary

Design Works Landscaping, a Hudson, NH based landscape management firm, seeks a Residential Account Manager to nurture client relationships, drive retention, and upsell services across seasonal offerings including snow management. Prior landscaping background is not required if strong account-management and sales experience exist.

You will manage renewals, pricing discussions, and coordinate field crews, with ample opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management, property management, or a related customer facing role required.
• Degree or associate degree in management or related field preferred.
• Experience with LMN software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for residential accounts.
• Manage annual contract renewals, pricing discussions, and re-signings.
• Identify and upsell additional services through inspections and client education.
• Coordinate scheduling with managers and leadership.
• Dispatch snow crews and oversee service execution during storms.
• Step into the field to support operations when needed.
