Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients. You will oversee field operations, pursue ancillary service opportunities, and build long-term relationships to promote satisfaction and retention.

You will develop estimates, deliver bid proposals, and coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets client expectations across land and snow services.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably in landscaping or local marketplace
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure service expectations are met
• Lead resolution of client concerns and ensure on-time renewals
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations
• Promote and enforce safety policies
• Maintain client records in the CRM system
