Grubhub is seeking an Account Manager for the SMB Merchant Network to oversee a restaurant portfolio, optimize accounts, and boost conversion. You will cultivate relationships and drive growth through effective communication and proactive problem-solving.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple accounts with a data-driven approach. This on-site Portland/remote-friendly position offers uncapped commission with base pay and OTE ranges.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Sales or Account Manager experience.
• Experience selling to restaurant owners is a major plus.
• Strong MS Office and Google proficiency; CRM experience a plus.
