Job summary

Grubhub is seeking an Account Manager for the SMB Merchant Network in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role focuses on overseeing restaurant accounts, optimizing listings, and driving growth by strengthening relationships and improving conversion across key partners.

You will manage inquiries, maintain records, and participate in ongoing training to expand product knowledge and sales capabilities. This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days a week.

Qualifications

• Must be in the DFW area.
• 2–4 years of Sales or Account Manager experience.
• Experience selling to restaurant owners is a plus.
• Restaurant experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a restaurant portfolio, optimize Grubhub accounts and menus.
• Cultivate relationships and drive growth across partners.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account issues with timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate notes and records of client interactions.
• Participate in training to grow product knowledge and sales skills.
