Grubhub is seeking an Account Manager for the SMB Merchant Network in the Portland, OR area. You will oversee a restaurant portfolio, optimize Grubhub accounts, enhance menu pages, and drive growth by strengthening restaurant relationships.

The role requires 2-4 years in sales or account management, CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred, and a results-driven mindset. You’ll collaborate across teams and participate in ongoing training to expand product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 2-4 years of Sales or Account Manager experience.
• Experience selling to restaurant owners is a major plus.
• Native-level fluency in English; Mandarin or Spanish preferred.
