Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking an Account Manager for our Rad Science team in a hybrid role across the US. You will coordinate project work, support client communications, and help craft proposals and SOWs.

Ideal candidates bring strong organization, communication, and project-management skills, plus familiarity with biomedical visualization or related science-driven marketing. Strong collaboration with PMs and account leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to develop and manage project plans, briefs, and SOPs.
• Experience supporting client services and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day client contact on select projects.
• Assist in developing proposals/SOWs in response to inquiries.
• Support project managers to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Participate in new business opportunities with guidance from Acct D.
• Help create billable job codes and assist with revenue recognition.
