Job summary

Real Chemistry in the United States is seeking an Account Manager to join our Rad Science team. This hybrid role supports client services, project coordination, and new business collaboration within healthcare communications and AI-driven insights.

You’ll partner with Senior Account Directors and PMs to manage scopes, timelines, and budgets, while delivering high-quality work across pharma and biotech clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines.
• Experience in healthcare communications or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees client communications and ensures timely, accurate recaps.
• Coordinates resources to service project scopes and client expectations.
• Supports SOP adoption and works with PM to ensure milestone delivery.
• Assists in budgets, revenue recognition and project burn insights.
