Job summary

Real Chemistry seeks an Account Executive to join our RadScience team. This role blends healthcare storytelling with client service, collaborating with scientists and creatives to translate complex messages into compelling narratives.

Based in Boston or remotely within the US, you will support meetings, manage SOPs, track milestones, and help ensure timely, accurate deliverables while contributing to revenue discussions.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with brands and agencies.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proactive, driven, resourceful with strong prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Take notes during meetings and distribute recaps to teams.
• Collect and file client resources, briefs, and project plans.
• Follow client SOPs and milestones in delivery processes.
• Track deadlines and support revenue recognition meetings.
• Assist with onboarding and training for new staff.
