Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking an Account Manager to join our Rad Science team, blending science, creativity, and AI-driven insights to transform healthcare communications.

Hybrid role with US offices (New York, Boston, Chicago, Indianapolis, San Francisco) or remote within the US; role emphasizes client service, project coordination, and new business support within a collaborative, impact-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, self-starter with ability to multi-task between projects.
• Degree or equivalent experience in marketing/communications or biomedical visualization.
• Familiarity with animated media and experiential technology is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversees note taking during meetings and sends prompt recaps to clients and internal teams.
• Coordinates resources to service project scopes with strategic operational plans.
• Implements client SOPs into agency milestones, reviews, and submissions.
• Collaborates with PM to ensure timely production and client delivery.
• Supports new business by assisting with proposals and SOWs.
• Drives creation of billable job codes and participates in revenue reviews.
