Job summary

Real Chemistry is hiring an Account Manager for the Rad Science team in a hybrid US role (remote optional). You will coordinate client projects, draft proposals, and collaborate with PMs to ensure timely, high-quality work that translates complex science into compelling stories.

The role emphasizes client relations, cross-functional collaboration, and participation in new business efforts, with a strong focus on operational excellence and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage client relationships and project scopes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects and proposals

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day client contact on select projects
• Coordinate resources and develop/own strategic operational plans
• Assist with proposals/SOWs and new business responses
• Support project billing and revenue recognition discussions
• Collaborate with PMs to ensure on-time delivery
• Contribute to onboarding and mentorship of junior staff
• Maintain high standards of client service and teamwork
