Job summary

Real Chemistry, a healthcare-focused global agency, is seeking an Account Executive to join our RadScience team. You will help transform complex scientific messages into clear, memorable client narratives while supporting planning, execution, and collaboration across scientists and creatives.

The role offers a hybrid or remote path within the US, with potential office presence in major hubs. You’ll engage in SOP-driven delivery, timelines, and revenue-aligned activities to support client success.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships and coordinating project work streams.
• Ability to translate complex health messages into clear client communications.
• Excellent written communication and proposal development skills.
• Strong verbal communication for client meetings and internal briefings.

Responsibilities

• May participate in new business opportunities by supporting the Account Director in planning meetings.
• Take notes during meetings and send timely recap communications to stakeholders.
• Collect and file client resources, briefs, and project plans for service delivery.
• Learn and implement each client SOPs into agency milestone deliveries, reviews, and regulatory submissions.
• Track project deadlines and support meeting client submission schedules.
• Assist with revenue-related tasks and billable job codes where needed.
• Support monthly revenue recognition discussions with the Account Lead.
• Adhere to company SOPs and participate in team meetings and onboarding.
