Real Chemistry is seeking an Account Executive to join our RadScience team. This hybrid US role offers collaboration with brands and scientific stakeholders, with opportunities to contribute to strategic planning, client engagement, and project delivery.

Based in the US (Boston, Chicago, Carmel) or remote, you will support meetings, SOP adherence, and revenue-related activities while growing in a dynamic healthcare communications environment.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with brands and agencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Note taking and supporting Account Director in meetings.
• Prepare and route meeting recaps for review.
• Coordinate client resources, briefs, and project plans.
• Learn and implement client SOPs into milestones and reviews.
• Track deadlines and communicate project status to the team.
• Support monthly revenue recognition meetings.
