Real Chemistry is seeking an Account Manager to join our Rad Science team in a hybrid role across US offices or remote within the US. Responsibilities

• Oversees note taking during meetings and sends recaps to clients and internal stakeholders
• Coordinates resources to support project scopes with strategic plans and timelines
• Implements client SOPs into milestone deliveries and review cycles
• Partners with Project Manager to ensure smooth production of scopes of work
• Supports proposals and SOWs for new business opportunities
• Drives creation of billable job codes and contributes to monthly revenue discussions
• Mentors junior staff and supports onboarding and training
• Collaborates across teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
