Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking an Account Manager to join our Rad Science team. This hybrid US role offers collaboration across science, media, and digital disciplines, with opportunities to lead client partnerships and project delivery.

You will coordinate plans, manage timelines and budgets, mentor junior staff, and contribute to new business. The position supports flexible work arrangements in our US offices or remote.

Qualifications

• Experience in client services and account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain project plans.
• Familiarity with SOPs and client workflows.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and billing codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees meeting notes and sends recaps.
• Develops strategic operational plans and project documents.
• Learns and implements client SOPs.
• Collaborates with Project Manager to ensure smooth production.
• Supports new business proposals and SOWs.
• Drives the creation of billable job codes.
• Assists with revenue recognition meetings.
• Mentors junior staff and supports onboarding.
• Collaborates across teams to ensure success.
