Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking an Account Executive to join the growing RadScience team. The role supports the Account Director, participates in meetings, notes, and coordination of client work.

The team blends scientists and creatives to turn complex messages into engaging stories, with a hybrid/remote US work model and office options in several cities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, experience with brands and agencies, and proficiency in MS Word,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• May participate in new business opportunities by supporting the Account Director.
• Take notes during meetings and distribute timely recaps.
• Gather and file resources needed to service project scopes (client resources, briefs, plans).
• Learn and implement client SOPs into milestones and reviews.
• Track client review schedules and deadlines to support timely delivery.
• Assist with revenue recognition discussions and monthly meetings.
• Collaborate across the team to ensure procedures are followed.
