Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking an Account Executive to join the RadScience team in a hybrid role across US offices or remote in the US. You will support the account team, participate in planning meetings, and help ensure timely delivery of client work by following SOPs and maintaining clear communications with clients and internal teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, process adherence, and proactive engagement with project timelines.

Qualifications

• Highly organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience interacting with brands and agencies is preferred.
• Proactive, driven and resourceful with strong prioritization skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• May participate in new business opportunities by supporting the Account Director.
• Take meeting notes and circulate timely recap emails to stakeholders.
• Gather resources and ensure client materials and briefs are filed for projects.
• Learn and implement each client SOPs into agency milestones and reviews.
• Follow client review schedules to support on-time deliveries.
• Assist with project burn and budget updates alongside PM.
