Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an Account Manager in La Palma, CA to build and grow retail accounts across the territory. You will enroll customers in trainings, host virtual sessions, and conduct field visits to drive growth while using Salesforce to track activity and insights.

The role requires experience in Account Management, Inside Sales, Showroom Sales, or Customer Service, plus strong communication and presentation skills.

Now Hiring: Account Manager | La Palma, CA

Are you a relationship-builder who thrives on helping customers grow their business? We're partnering with a well-established company in the home furnishings industry seeking an Account Manager to support and grow retail accounts throughout the territory.

Location: La Palma, CA

Base Salary: $60,000 + Commission

Travel Required: Up to 25% (including occasional overnight travel)

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective retail accounts
• Enroll customers into training and educational events, the primary focus of the role
• Host virtual customer sessions featuring product updates, promotions, and sales opportunities
• Conduct field visits to support account growth and strengthen partnerships
• Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, account activity, and market intelligence
• Analyze sales opportunities and competitive activity within assigned accounts

What We're Looking For

• Account Management, Inside Sales, Showroom Sales, or Customer Service experience
• Salesforce or CRM experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in window coverings, home furnishings, or related industries is a plus
