Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in staffing or related fields, strong networking ability, and comfort using AI-enabled tools to boost recruiting and sales productivity.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in staffing, recruiting, business development, or account management.
• Familiarity with the South Florida business community.
• Experience using multiple recruiting platforms and sourcing tools.
• AI savvy with the ability to use technology to improve recruiting and sales productivity.
• Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage client development, candidate recruiting, follow-up, and pipeline activity in a fast-paced staffing environment.
• Self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working with executive leadership and business decision-makers.
