AppleOne Employment Services in Lancaster, CA is seeking a bilingual Spanish Inside Sales Representative for a temp-to-hire role. You will engage customers across in-person, phone, email, and live chat, process orders, and support the full order lifecycle while providing solutions and building relationships.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of inside sales or customer service experience.

Job Summary

A stable petroleum products company in Lancaster, CA is seeking a bilingual Spanish Inside Sales Rep for a temp-to-hire opportunity. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers in person, by phone, through email, and via live online chat.
• Process incoming customer orders, manage order details, and support the full order lifecycle from inquiry through fulfillment.
• Represent the company's products and services professionally while identifying customer needs and recommending solutions.
• Resolve customer questions, concerns, complaints, and service issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Maintain awareness of product availability, order timelines, will-call processes, shipping, and receiving needs.
• Support sales goals by engaging customers, identifying opportunities, and building strong customer and prospect relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
• Location: Lancaster, CA.
• Once hired permanently, there is potential for salary growth and advancement into Outside Sales or Account Management.
• Commission eligibility may be available after permanent hire, with commission noted as 10% of gross profit.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Manage customer service and inside sales communications across phone, email, in-person interactions, and live chat.
• Process customer orders, support order fulfillment, and manage customer expectations.
• Recommend products, alternatives, and solutions based on customer needs and product availability.
• Support sales initiatives through relationship-building, follow-up, and customer engagement.
• Bilingual Spanish is required.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in inside sales, customer service, account support, or a related business services role.
• Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using multiple technology platforms, including CRM software, Windows-based tools, online chat, and social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with a wide range of customers.
• Self-directed, hardworking, and motivated with the ability to take initiative without excessive oversight.
• High integrity, strong follow-through, and a genuine desire to support customers and team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in petroleum products, lubricants, industrial products, distribution, or business-to-business sales.
• Prior experience supporting will-call, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment processes.
• Interest in growing into outside sales, account management, or a commission-based sales role.
