Fluent, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing account management team in New York. You will apply performance marketing expertise, analytics, and strong communication to deliver superior client service, research, and market analysis while building long-term partnerships.

You will manage a large book of business, orchestrate campaigns, and present strategy to drive revenue growth, with a data-driven mindset and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing a book of business in digital performance marketing.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent math and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand Fluent's inventory, reporting, and competitive advantages and articulate them to clients.
• Manage a large book of business and maintain advertiser relationships.
• Monitor client budgets and prepare formal business reviews.
• Lead all client communications including onboarding and campaign recommendations.
• Identify solutions to drive measurable business results with clients.
• Communicate key performance indicators to internal teams.
• Proactively introduce revenue-driving opportunities.
• Oversee onboarding flow for campaigns with sales, creative, and ops.
• Collaborate with internal teams on optimization and planning.
• Plan to extend new business and channel distribution with accounts.
• Oversee monthly billable numbers for invoicing.
