Job summary

Fluent, LLC is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our account management team in New York. This hands-on role supports advertisers, coordinates campaign launches, and builds foundational skills for client success in a fast-paced digital media environment.

You will learn Fluent's inventory, reporting tools, and processes while working closely with the Account Manager to ensure client satisfaction and budget accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a client-facing support role (internship experience considered).
• Proficiency with digital performance marketing concepts is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with numbers and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop a foundational understanding of Fluent's inventory offerings, reporting tools, competitive advantages, and internal processes.
• Support the account management team in maintaining strong relationships with advertisers and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Assist in monitoring client budgets, campaign pacing, and performance metrics, flagging issues to the Account Manager or Account Director.
• Support client communication touchpoints including onboarding, pacing reports, performance summaries, and creative change requests.
• Help prepare materials for client-facing business reviews, presentations, and campaign recommendations.
• Learn to understand client KPIs and communicate them to internal teams for optimization.
• Coordinate the campaign onboarding process with sales, media/creative, and Ops teams for smooth builds and tracking setup.
• Provide ongoing internal feedback through analysis and optimization notes based on campaign performance data.
• Assist in identifying new revenue opportunities and flag them to the Account Manager.
• Support monthly billable reporting collaboration with internal resources for invoicing accuracy.
