Job summary

Fluent, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to join our growth-focused account management team in New York. You will use performance marketing expertise, analytics, and strong communication to manage a large client roster and develop strategies that drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.

You will own client onboarding, regular performance reviews, and strategic recommendations, collaborating with the Account Director to uncover new revenue opportunities and optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience managing a book of business within digital performance marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and Excel proficiency.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Experience in managing client budgets and developing strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of Fluent's inventory, reporting, competitive advantages, resources, and processes and articulate them to clients.
• Manage a large book of business and maintain relationships with advertisers to meet expectations.
• Monitor client budgets and prepare formal business reviews to top clients.
• Lead all client communications including onboarding, feedback, and campaign recommendations.
• Collaborate with Account Director to implement revenue-growth solutions for clients.
• Communicate client KPIs internally for optimization.
• Proactively introduce new revenue-driving opportunities.
• Oversee onboarding for product flow of campaigns with Sales, Creative, and Ops.
• Provide feedback and optimization recommendations with internal teams.
• Plan to extend new business and channel distribution with established accounts.
• Oversee monthly billable numbers for invoicing.
