Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping Inc. in Tucson is seeking an Account Manager to build lasting client relationships, present recommendations for property improvements, and manage all communications within the client portfolio.

The role focuses on driving revenue, profitability, and contract renewals, coordinating site visits, and partnering with clients to promote landscape enhancements while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in landscape industry in an account management or similar capacity
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organization and conflict-management abilities
• Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and attention to detail
• Determination to exceed goals by working independently and as a leader
• Experience in managing enhancement sales and estimation

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction
• Present recommendations for property improvements, horticulture procedures, and quality service within budget
• Manage all customer communication within client portfolio
• Partner with client to promote landscape enhancements to beautify properties
• Maintain a schedule for client/site visits to ensure quality and service expectations
• Lead in the resolution of customer problems or concerns
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals
• Ensure renewals of each current account within the portfolio
