Santa Rita Landscaping in Phoenix/Tucson area is seeking an Account Manager to grow our client base and deliver outstanding landscape management services. You will build relationships, present improvements within budget, and manage all communications within your client portfolio.

You will lead renewals, promote enhancements, and help achieve revenue goals while delivering top-quality service. This role offers a family-focused culture, strong compensation, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the landscape industry in an account management or similar capacity.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
• Strong organization and conflict management abilities.
• Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail.
• Determination to exceed the goals of position, department, and company by working independently and as an effective leader.
• Experience in managing enhancement sales and estimation.

Responsabilités

• Build and foster relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction
• Present recommendations for property improvements, proper horticulture procedures, and quality service within budget.
• Manage all customer communication within client portfolio.
• Partner with client to actively promote landscape enhancements to beautify existing properties.
• Maintain a schedule for client/site visits to ensure quality and service expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Lead in the resolution of customer problems or concerns.
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals.
• Ensure renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.
