Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Account Manager to build and nurture client relationships, present improvement recommendations, and manage all client communications within the portfolio.

You will lead enhancement sales, maintain service quality, and strive to meet or exceed revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals while coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional landscape management services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the landscape industry in an account management or similar capacity.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization and conflict management abilities.
• Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems, and attention to detail.
• Determination to exceed goals by working independently and as a leader.
• Experience in managing enhancement sales and estimation.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Present recommendations for property improvements and quality service within budget.
• Manage all customer communication within the client portfolio.
• Partner with client to promote landscape enhancements to beautify properties.
• Maintain a schedule for client/site visits to ensure service standards.
• Lead in the resolution of customer problems or concerns.
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals.
• Ensure renewals of each current account within the portfolio.
