Santa Rita Landscaping Inc. is seeking a relationship-driven Account Manager who will deliver outstanding customer service and help commercial properties thrive. You will build client relationships, present property improvement recommendations, and manage communications within your portfolio.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to drive revenue and contract renewals while coordinating visits and ensuring high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the landscape industry in an account management or similar capacity.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization and conflict management abilities.
• Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail.
• Determination to exceed goals by working independently and as a leader.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Present recommendations for property improvements, proper horticulture procedures, and quality service within budget.
• Manage all customer communication within client portfolio.
• Partner with client to promote landscape enhancements to beautify existing properties.
• Maintain a schedule for client/site visits to ensure quality and service expectations are met or exceeded.
• Lead in the resolution of customer problems or concerns.
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals.
• Ensure renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.
