Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales with lead generation, cold calling, pipeline management and closing deals.
• 1+ year in a full-cycle outside sales role.
• [Preferred] Inside sales experience selling into Public Safety and/or Education sectors.
• Willingness to dive into new projects, experiment, learn from failures, and scale successful efforts.
• Proficiency in Gong, Salesforce, ZoomInfo or other sales tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Positive mindset with curiosity and coachability; open to learning new tools and processes.
• Flexibility in a rapidly growing environment with evolving processes.

Responsibilities
