Avive Solutions, Inc. is seeking a full-time Account Manager to join our inside sales team. You will identify, qualify, and close new opportunities, manage a high-velocity pipeline, and contribute toward our revenue goals across inbound and outbound channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience with lead generation, pipeline management and closing deals.
• At least 1 year in a full-cycle outside sales role.
• [Preferred] Inside sales experience selling into Public Safety and/or Education verticals.
• Willingness to dive into new projects, experiment, quickly learn from failures, and scale successful efforts.
• Proficiency with Gong, Salesforce, ZoomInfo or other sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect for new customers by leveraging high volume and high velocity outbound prospecting tactics.
• Effectively manage a pipeline, nurture relationships, and close deals.
• Develop creative and customized outreach strategies to prospect for potential customers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM system.
