ChemTreat is seeking an Account Manager II in the United States (Texas). The role blends shadowing with an experienced account manager to gain hands-on exposure to water-treatment solutions and customer selling.

You will identify key decision makers, research prospects with a senior team member, and help drive sales and margin while learning strategic questioning and problem solving. As you grow, you will develop relationships, prepare proposals, convey ChemTreat's value, engage technical staff,

Qualificações

• BS degree and 2–4 years of customer-facing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Water-treatment industry knowledge preferred.
• Willingness to travel depending on territory.

Responsabilidades

• Shadow and work with an experienced account manager to learn customer selling.
• Identify key decision makers within accounts; research prospects with a senior staff member.
• Help increase sales and profit margin within the territory under supervision.
• Engage technical staff to develop retention and growth strategies.
• Develop relationships with customer contacts and draft proposals.
• Present ChemTreat value proposition and troubleshoot site issues.
• Audit key unit operations and participate in customer entertainment per policy.
• Manage self and travel requirements; maintain compliance.
