Job summary

ChemTreat is seeking an Account Manager III to work with experienced staff, develop customer relationships, and drive sales within an assigned territory. The role offers exposure to water treatment problem-solving and customer-focused selling.

Under supervision, you will identify key decision makers, draft proposals, and communicate the ChemTreat value proposition while coordinating with account managers and other company representatives. Travel is required depending on territory size.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Industry knowledge specific to water treatment including familiarity with various applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop key relationships with customers by identifying decision makers and conducting strategic questioning.
• Increase sales and profit margin within the territory with senior staff guidance.
• Engage technical staff and management to develop retention and growth strategies.
• Establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
• Learn to create effective proposals for current and prospective customers.
• Learn and communicate ChemTreat value proposition to customers.
