Job summary

Airgas is hiring an Account Manager in Madison, WI to grow an established territory by nurturing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities. You will act as a consultative partner, helping customers integrate Airgas solutions to add value and drive sustainable growth.

The role requires building strong relationships with key stakeholders, coordinating strategies across product lines, and balancing margin and growth while supporting customers’ success.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related experience or training.
• Proven track record of advancing sales and business development goals.
• Proficiency in common email, spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory by deepening relationships with existing clients and identifying new partnerships.
• Communicate clearly to align with customers' business goals.
• Develop a strategic roadmap to achieve sales milestones.
• Conduct regular business reviews to provide value to key customers.
