Job summary

Airgas is seeking an Account Manager in Duluth, MN to build and sustain high-value partnerships within industrial sectors. You will nurture existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and act as a consultative advisor to add value while aligning with company excellence.

You will manage territory growth, coordinate with internal teams, and drive customer success through proactive problem solving, timely communications, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of success in commercial, B2B sales, or business development roles.
• Strong ability to collaborate to understand and address customer needs and provide solutions.
• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, word processing, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans to grow revenue in assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and coordinate internal resources to fulfill needs.
• Lead contract discussions and ensure terms support long-term partnerships.
