Summit Electric Supply, a major electrical distributor, is seeking an Account Manager to grow and manage customer relationships. You will leverage in-depth product knowledge to propose Summit solutions, negotiate pricing, and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Significant sales and negotiating experience with electrical distributor/manufacturer/rep agency.
• Ability to travel to customer sites.
• Strong product knowledge and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Call upon customer accounts to sell Summit products and services.
• Regular, frequent travel to customer sites and other locations.
• Negotiate profitable pricing with customers and suppliers.
• Provide timely and accurate quote information and respond to customer requirements.
• Work cooperatively with customer service representatives to follow up on orders and needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and encourage loyalty to Summit.
