Summit Electric Supply, part of the Sonepar group, is seeking a Service Center Manager to lead market growth and a high-performance team in the Southwest region. You will own the strategy, forecast sales, manage P&L, and develop talent while strengthening customer relationships with contractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years selling to industrial contractors.
• Minimum 5 years in distribution and/or manufacturing of electrical products.
• Minimum 5 years in leadership positions.
• Proven ability to formulate sales strategies and drive performance.
• Strong talent development and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to implement Summit's mission and values.
• Create a strategic roadmap to become the #1 distributor in the market.
• Develop a best-place-to-work environment through coaching and succession planning.
• Drive active customers and SKUs via account strategies and outreach.
• Leverage tools and services to gain competitive advantages.
• Manage portfolios by current/potential sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with VP levels to align vendor relationships and district strategies.
• Provide sales forecasts and monitor pipeline against targets.
• Own P/L responsibility for the Service Center.
• Set annual sales goals and budgets with accountability.
