Summit Electric Supply seeks a Service Center Manager to lead market and teams across multiple states. You will drive growth, profitability, and customer expansion while aligning with the Sonepar family. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial stewardship are essential.

You will oversee sales forecasts, budgets, and vendor relationships, partnering with senior leaders to execute district and corporate strategies. A data-driven, collaborative approach is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years selling to industrial contractors and leadership experience.
• Experience in distribution/manufacturing of electrical products.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams across markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide market and team leadership to drive profitable market share growth.
• Develop strategic roadmap to become market #1 distributor.
• Coach salesforce and manage key account portfolios.
• Forecast sales and report to senior leadership.
• Lead budgeting and P/L responsibilities with district leadership.
