Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience.
• 2+ years of industry related experience.
• Proven track record of consistent achievement of sales goals.
• Passionate individual with a desire to succeed.
• Must possess an assertive personality with a high level of energy and a resilient character.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with strong time management and organizational skills.

• Create and execute a market-specific sales plan that meets or exceeds set sales goals.
• Optimize call routes to maximize time in the field and overall efficiency.
• Be regularly available and responsive to customers' real-time needs.
• Meet regularly with customers in sales market to understand their needs.
• Educate customers on Crawford’s value-add offerings.
• Identify and pursue existing customer opportunities.
• Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing customers.
• Champion Crawford's brand in the local community.
• Identify and execute local marketing activities to enhance presence and grow sales.
