Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience or experience in an outbound sales call role.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening.
• Ability to use CRM systems and practices.
• Knowledgeable of electrical products and electrical distribution.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to current and potential customers to generate revenue.
• Solve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by providing solutions and introducing internal resources.
• Maintain CRM records in a clear, comprehensible way.
• Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
