Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to grow revenue.
• Qualify and develop small to medium accounts with PNP leadership.
• Follow scripts and identify upsell opportunities to expand product adoption.
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of conversations and actions.
• Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Promote and set up customer digital platforms and SPA’s.
