Applied Innovation is seeking an Account Manager to drive new business, nurture client relationships, and tailor solutions across copiers, printers, fax machines, and related software. The role collaborates with internal teams to ensure clients receive the right technology for their business.

This in-office position reports to the Sales Manager and requires a hunter mentality, strong communication skills, and a proven record of meeting sales goals. Clio, MI-based, standard office hours.

Qualificações

• Hunter sales approach with ability to prospect and close new business.
• Strong customer service focus and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Prospect and engage new clients via phone, email, social media, and on-site visits.
• Sell copiers, printers, fax machines, and related software solutions.
• Grow market share by pursuing and closing new business opportunities.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Applied Innovation products and services.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and growth.
• Document sales activities and territory details in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor technology solutions.
