Job summary

Applied Innovation in Toledo, OH is seeking an Account Manager to drive new business, manage client relationships, and sell copiers, printers, fax machines, and related software solutions. This in-office role reports to the Sales Manager and operates 8 AM–5 PM, Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will have a hunter sales mindset, strong communication, and the ability to meet sales goals while collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of business-to-business sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and targets.
• Actively prospect and engage new clients via phone, email, social media, and on-site visits.
• Sell copiers, printers, fax machines, and related software solutions.
• Grow market share by identifying, pursuing, and closing new opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of Applied Innovation products, services, and technology solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and growth.
• Document all sales activities and territory details in the CRM.
