Job summary

Applied Innovation is seeking an Account Manager to join our Sales team in Southfield, MI. You will develop new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and tailor technology solutions including copiers, printers, fax machines, and related software.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure our clients receive the right technology for their business and help achieve individual and company targets.

Qualifications

• Hunter sales mentality with prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to grow client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prospect and engage new clients via phone, email, social media, and on-site visits.
• Sell copiers, printers, fax machines, and related software.
• Grow market share by identifying and closing opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of Applied Innovation products and solutions.
• Document sales activities in the CRM.
