Job summary

Applied Innovation seeks an Account Manager to drive new business and maintain strong client relationships in our Fishers, IN office. You will sell copiers, printers, fax machines, and related software, tailoring offerings to client needs.

You will work with internal teams to ensure clients receive the right technology, report to the Sales Manager, and contribute to achieving personal and company sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Prospect and engage new clients via phone, email, social media, and on-site visits.
• Sell copiers, printers, fax machines, and related software solutions to meet client needs.
• Grow market share by identifying and closing new opportunities.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Applied Innovation products and services.
• Build strong client relationships for satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Document all sales activities and territory details in CRM.
