Job summary

Vitalant in Tempe, AZ is seeking a full-time Account Manager to drive blood collection goals by building strong ties with volunteer coordinators and community partners. The role requires travel within the territory, a valid in-state license, and a passion for mission-driven outreach. A Bachelor's degree and one year of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual blood collection goals by building relationships with coordinators and partners.
• Host lifesaving blood drives and recruit first-time donors.
• Actively engage in public speaking and community events to promote donation.
• Coach coordinators, develop recruitment plans, and schedule drives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate projections and scheduling.
