The Blood Connection, Incorporated is seeking an Account Manager in Savannah, GA to manage and grow blood drive accounts within the territory. You will drive recruitment, coordinate with donor groups, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Ideal candidates bring outside sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. This full-time role emphasizes outreach at community events and collaboration with the Donor Resources team.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Outside sales and/or marketing experience of 2 years preferred.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategies to recruit and manage sponsor groups to meet territory goals.
• Establish blood drive projections aligned with resources.
• Develop sponsor leads and recruitment tactics ahead of drives.
• Coordinate meetings with sponsor groups and provide donor recruitment training.
• Provide superior customer service to donors and sponsor groups.
• Educate community at health fairs and events about the mission.
• Collaborate with Donor Resources team to meet collection goals.
