Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC in Massachusetts seeks an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients and oversee field operations. You will build long-term relationships, pursue ancillary services, develop accurate estimates, and deliver timely bid proposals while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management and leadership
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients within the portfolio
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects
• Generate referrals and pass leads to the Business Developer
• Build long-term client relationships and maintain site engagement
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure service expectations
• Lead resolution of client concerns or issues
• Ensure timely account renewals within the portfolio
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to meet service delivery expectations
• Schedule regular site visits for quality reviews
• Support hiring, training, and coaching of field crews
• Promote and enforce safety policies
• Maintain branch financial margins on base work and enhancements
