Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by managing the security services and related operations for an assigned group of smaller accounts.
• Provide client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, and new business development.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, supervision and training for site personnel.
• Lead Security Supervisors on requirements and priorities of work; coordinate needs of the site.
• Prepare post orders and ensure operational effectiveness across accounts.
