Job summary

White Cap is hiring for an Account Manager – Accelerated Sales Program in California. This program fast-tracks sales professionals into outside sales with classroom, independent study, and hands-on field training.

You will learn White Cap’s products, build customer and supplier relationships, and execute account plans while supporting customers on job sites and in offices. A bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of sales experience is preferred; Spanish language ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or 1–2 years sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in classroom, independent study, and on-the-job training to learn White Cap’s sales model and processes.
• Prepare and execute account plans.
• Sell White Cap products and value proposition; learn jobsite/office sales calls by shadowing experienced Account Managers.
• Enter and process customer orders.
