Job summary

White Cap Management LLC in California is hiring an Account Manager for its Accelerated Sales Program. This 6- to 12-month program trains sales professionals from outside the industry in our business model, vendors, and jobsite dynamics to become effective outside sales representatives.

You will participate in classroom and field training, learn to prepare account plans, and ride along with experienced managers to develop skills, build relationships, and drive orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in classroom and on-the-job training to learn White Cap’s sales model.
• Prepare and execute account plans and manage customer orders.
• Sell White Cap value proposition and products to customers.
• Build relationships with jobsite and office staff to identify needs.
• Support the District Sales Manager to drive sales growth.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities.
