Motion Industries is seeking an Account Representative I to expand its book of business by converting competitors' customers and growing medium accounts to large accounts. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction through ongoing contact and expectation management.

Responsibilities include generating new leads, delivering sales presentations, preparing customized quotes, and working with vendors to support sales. Travel is required; valid driver's license is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 0–2 years of experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service.
• Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Increase revenue by generating new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online research.
• Interact face-to-face with customers to build strong relationships.
• Understand customer requirements to prepare customized quotes.
• Deliver effective sales presentations and meet technical requirements.
• Assist with on-site troubleshooting of customer concerns.
• Coordinate with vendor resources to support sales.
