Motion Industries is seeking an Account Representative I to expand their book of business by converting competitors' business and growing medium-sized accounts into large accounts. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction through ongoing contact and expectation management.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of experience, and entails travel to engage customers and deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 0–2 years experience typical.
• Knowledge of power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Increase revenue by generating new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Generate new leads via networking, cold calling, directories and online sources.
• Interact with customers face-to-face to build relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Understand customer requirements for customized quoting.
• Deliver effective sales presentations and meet technical requirements.
• Assist with on-site troubleshooting of customer issues.
• Collaborate with vendor resources to support sales.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
